Love it? Great. Hate it? Less great, but we'll figure it out. Aisle6 is all about scoring deals you'll actually want to keep, but on the rare occasion something misses the mark, here's how we handle returns.

The Details

  • Returns are welcome up to 21 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in unused condition with all accessories and original packaging.
  • Aisle6 will not cover the cost of return shipping, except for damaged or defective items.
  • Original shipping charges (outbound shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or defective items).
  • For items that are damaged or defective, you will be offered a choice of a refund or replacement, provided the item is in stock.
  • To be eligible for a refund or replacement on damaged or defective items, the item must be returned to us. Claims for damaged merchandise without a return will not be honored.
  • Returns are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • We do not offer exchanges or credit toward different products.
  • Items marked as open-box, refurbished, or used may have different return terms as noted on the product page. Some deals may be marked final sale and are not eligible for return.
